A full technical and philosophical disclosure of the NCM primitive — a new financial instrument where human narrative becomes programmable capital, backed, scored, resolved, and traded on-chain. Think of it as the missing layer between prediction markets and the attention economy.

I. The
Problem Space

Every meaningful market movement in history begins not with data, but with a story. "The internet will replace physical stores." "DeFi will eat traditional finance." "AI will compress software engineer labor costs by 80%." These narratives precede the capital flows that eventually validate or invalidate them by months, sometimes years.

Prediction markets (Polymarket, Augur) capture binary outcomes: yes/no. ICMs capture token prices for creators and ideas. But neither captures the narrative itself as the tradeable asset — the story, the thesis, the prediction in its full linguistic form, with verifiable resolution conditions and capital backing mechanics.

This is the gap ExiDante Corp was built to fill.

The core insight: A narrative is a falsifiable prediction expressed in natural language, with a resolution condition and a time horizon. When you attach capital backing, an AI scoring layer, and a verifiable resolution mechanism — you have a new financial primitive. We call it a Narrative Capital Instrument (NCI).

II. Anatomy of a
Narrative Capital Instrument

An NCI has six components:

  1. The Narrative — A natural-language prediction or thesis. "Solana will process 1M TPS sustained by Q4 2026." Submitted by a user, generated by AI, or both.
  2. Resolution Conditions — Specific, falsifiable criteria for TRUE or FALSE determination. Linked to Pyth price feeds, on-chain data, or verifiable web evidence.
  3. Capital Backing Pool — SOL, ETH, EGLD, or SUI staked by users who believe the narrative is true. Backers earn if the narrative resolves TRUE.
  4. AI Scoring Layer — LLM agents score narrative quality on: specificity, falsifiability, timeliness, market relevance. Score 0–100 determines feed ranking.
  5. Validation Oracle — Multi-source resolution: Pyth price feed data + Grok web search + on-chain event data. Majority vote determines outcome.
  6. Settlement Mechanism — On-chain smart contract distributes capital to correct backers proportional to stake size and timing bonus.

III. Why
This is New

Prediction markets already exist. So do attention markets. What makes NCMs different?

  • Linguistic asset class — The narrative text itself is the primary asset, not a ticker symbol or a creator's identity.
  • AI-augmented scoring — No prediction market scores the quality of the prediction itself. NCMs do. Bad predictions get less visibility before they even resolve.
  • Multi-modal resolution — Traditional prediction markets rely on single-source oracles. NCMs use 3-source majority voting (Pyth + Grok + on-chain).
  • Cross-chain deployment — The same primitive runs on Solana, EVM, MultiversX, and Sui simultaneously. Narratives can reference any chain's events.
  • Integrated DeFi yield — While narratives are pending resolution, backing capital earns DeFi yields (Orca, Jito, Marinade on Solana). Capital is never idle.

IV. The Stack

Facebook (social feed + user-generated content) meets Bloomberg Terminal (real-time financial data + Pyth oracles) meets Polymarket (prediction market resolution + capital backing) meets LinkedIn (reputation/credibility scoring for narrative backers) — all running on programmable blockchain rails, with AI agents doing the scoring, validation, and social publishing automatically.

V. The Economic
Flywheel

The NCM flywheel works as follows:

Submit — Users submit narratives (text predictions). AI scores them for quality.
Surface — High-quality narratives surface to the top of the feed.
Back — Other users back compelling narratives with capital.
Yield — Backing capital earns DeFi yield while the narrative is live.
Resolve — On resolution date, oracles validate TRUE or FALSE.
Reward — Correct backers receive: original stake + DeFi yield + reward from wrong backers' capital.
Compound — Successful predictors build on-chain credibility scores. Higher credibility = higher feed position = more backers = more capital.

Each step reinforces the next. The flywheel creates a self-sustaining market for human foresight.

VI. Pyth Network
Integration

Every NCM protocol in the ExiDante ecosystem uses Pyth Network as its primary price oracle. Pyth provides sub-second price updates for SOL/USD, ETH/USD, EGLD/USD, and SUI/USD — the four base currencies across our five protocols. All narrative backing amounts are scored in USD-equivalent using Pyth prices at the exact moment of backing. All price-based narrative resolutions use Pyth historical price data at the resolution timestamp.
