By accessing or using any ExiDante Corp website or protocol interface, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ExiDante Corp.
2. Description
of Services
ExiDante Corp provides access to research publications, documentation, and interfaces for experimental blockchain protocols including CYPHER, ORIGIN, MAGMA, SPACECRAFT, and RIPTIDE. All protocols are in beta or research and development stage. We provide no guarantee of availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
3. No Financial
Advice
Nothing on this website or any associated protocol interface constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional financial guidance. All content is provided for informational and research purposes only. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
4. Beta Software
and Research
All protocols operated by ExiDante Corp are beta software in active research and development. They may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or design flaws. They may be modified, deprecated, or discontinued at any time without notice. You use these protocols entirely at your own risk.
5. Prohibited
Uses
You may not use our services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Engage in market manipulation or fraudulent activities
- Circumvent any security measures
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract data without permission
- Impersonate ExiDante Corp or any protocol team member
6. Intellectual
Property
All content on ExiDante Corp websites, including but not limited to the NCM primitive specification, whitepaper, protocol documentation, logos, and design elements, is the intellectual property of ExiDante Corp and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
7. Limitation
of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ExiDante Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to access our services in the preceding 12 months, which in most cases is zero.
8. Governing
Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Class action waiver applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Changes
to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via our official X accounts and Telegram channels. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
